Rose Vernoy

Rose Anna Vernoy, 69, of Schuyler, passed away at her home Monday, August 13, 2012 in Schuyler. Rose was born June 23, 1943 in Fort Worth Texas to Leo and Bettye (Beaumont) Hoad. On November 25, 1967, Rose married Jerry Vernoy in Orange, California. She worked as a waitress at Disneyland. Rose enjoyed fishing, camping, anything family related and especially enjoyed her grandchildren. Rose is survived by her children: Jim (Janice) Grant of Schuyler, Daniel (Sandra) Grant of Columbus, Lisa Grant (Wayne Smith) of Fullerton, Toni (Scott) Pelc of Columbus. 13 grandchildren: Murranda (Sean) Lindgren, Christina (Lief) Hammond, Kala Grant (Shelton Valentine), Nicole Grant, Christopher (Megan) Grant, Brittiny Grant, Bridgett Grant, Cody Benesch, Keli (Markus) Aguilera, Stephanie Benesch, Brandon Pelc and Colson Pelc; and 18 great grandchildren. And brothers Jerry (Lynn) Hoad of Colorado, and Leo Jr. (Jeanette) Hoad of Arizona. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jerry, grandson Michael and great grandson Owen.
