Mary McLeish

Mary was born July 12, 1930 in Highland, Wyoming to Bryan and Claira Bell (McMillan) Bird. She graduated from Powell High School in Deer Lodge, Montana in 1949 and moved to Schuyler. She worked for Grubbs Grocery Store where she met William McLeish and they were married on July 21, 1952. Mary operated a daycare in her home for many years. She died March 10, 2014 at Golden Living Center in Schuyler at the age of 83.

Mary is survived by her son, Steve McLeish of Fairmont, NE; daughter, Kay (Paul) Krupka of Schuyler; 3 grandchildren, Lorah Lynn Stodieck, Christopher Bryan Krupka and Mylissa Marie Krupka; one great granddaughter, Katelyn Marrie Stodieck; one sister, Nellie Holt of Green River, Wyoming.

She is preceded by her husband, Bill (7/1/1999); son, Bryan (4/9/1990); 3 sisters, Beulah Sutherland, Lorah Bird, Luella Anson; 1 brother, Richard Bird.
