Jerry Lee Hart

Jerry Lee Hart, 33, of Columbus, passed away February 9, 2016 at the Butler County Health Care Center, in David City.

Jerry was born on August 6, 1982 to Jerry and Cynthia(Zuchowski) Hart, in Westlake, Ohio. He played sports when he was young, and grew up around motorcycles. Jerry enjoyed playing guitar and could fix anything. He loved his children and family, and always made everybody laugh.

Jerry is survived by his parents: Jerry and Cynthia Hart, of Crawford, TN; sister: Samantha Hart, of Maryville, TN; children: Joshua, of Florida, Makayla, of California, Skyler, of Indianapolis, and Jacob and Brycly Hart, both of Columbus, NE; grandmother: Linda Zuchowski; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his cousin: Marcus Lee Hart on 2-18-2014; grandfather: Francis Zuchowski on 9-23-2013; and grandparents: John Dale and Nellie Faye Hart.
