Jamie Sindelar

Jamie was born September 24, 1983 in West Point to James F. and Linda (Donoghue) Sindelar. She graduated from Howells High School in 2002 and from Wayne State College in 2008. Jamie taught English at Douglas County West Middle School in Waterloo for five years before teaching this year at Valley View Middle School in Elkhorn. She coached volleyball, track and basketball while at D. C. West and volleyball at Valley View. Jamie also worked part time for CBS Home Real Estate in Omaha for the last three years. She enjoyed running half marathons. Jamie died unexpectedly at her home in Fremont January 16th.

Jamie is survived by her parents, Jim and Linda Sindelar of Howells; two sisters, Amanda Sindelar of Omaha and Stephanie Sindelar of Norfolk; grandfather James V. Sindelar of Howells.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Mark and Joyce (Stracke) Donoghue and Agnes (Kudera) Sindelar.

Family suggest Memorials to Family Choice.

Funeral lunch will be served at the St. John's Catholic School following burial in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery at Tabor, rural Howells.
