Frances Edwards

Frances Ann (Williams) Edwards, 79, of Columbus went into the arms of Jesus on Friday, May 18, 2012 in Lincoln. Frances was born September 20, 1932 in Wichita, Kansas to Francis and Marjorie (Riner) Williams. She graduated from McPherson Kansas High School in 1951. On August 28, 1954, Frances married Carl Edwards in McPherson. She owned a Christian Bookstore in Columbus. Frances loved Geneology, Painting and Gardening.She was a member of Word of Life Church, Kinseekers and Bible Study Fellowship. Frances is survived by her husband Carl E. Edwards, of Columbus, daughters, Carla E. Edwards and her husband Terry Hall of Maryville, MO; Cathryn Wenthe and her husband Larry of Tescott, KS; sons, Carl M. and his wife Jolaine Edwards of Columbus, NE; Chris S. (Deanna) Edwards of Ft. Collins, CO; and Adam Edwards of Riverside, MO; sister, Mimi (Winston) Dixon of New Bern, NC; sister-in-law, Betty (Rick) Anderson of McPherson, KS; 16 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Lee Morgan (Little Guy) Williams and Robert Williams; and grandson Aaron Zachary Lokie.
