Edith Adame Juarez, 60, of Schuyler passed away on Friday, August 8, 2025, at the Fred and Pamela Buffet Cancer Center in Omaha.

Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at 5 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Schuyler. Visitation will be Tuesday, at St. Mary's beginning at 3 p.m. with a parish rosary at 4:30 p.m. Edith's family will also be accepting friends on Monday at her home at 1611 Banner Street, Schuyler. After mass, Edith's wishes were to return home to Chichiualco, Mexico for burial.

Daughter of Mr. José Adame and Mrs. Aurora Juárez, she shared 44 years of her life with Prof. Francisco Bautista Alarcón with whom she has 4 children: Nayeli, Griselda, Francisco Javier and Edith.

Edith Adame, a cheerful, helpful and loving woman, who was always characterized by the treatment she had towards others: family and friends, dedicating part of her life to the service of God and serving those most in need.

Edith is a great example of courage, strength and hope for all women in the world, who in more than 5 years never gave up fighting to the end.

Edith Adame Juárez, de 60 años y residente de Schuyler, falleció el viernes 8 de agosto de 2025 en el Centro Oncológico Fred y Pamela Buffet de Omaha.

La misa de cuerpo presente se celebrará el martes 12 de agosto de 2025 a las 17:00 h en la Iglesia Católica de Santa María de Schuyler. El velorio se realizará el martes en la Iglesia Santa María a partir de las 15:00 h y el rosario parroquial se rezará a las 16:30 h. La familia de Edith también recibirá a sus amigos el lunes en su domicilio, ubicado en el número 1611 de la calle Banner, Schuyler. Después de la misa, Edith deseó regresar a su hogar en Chichihualco, México, para su entierro.

Hija del Señor José Adame y la Señora Aurora Juárez, compartiendo 44 años de su vida con el Profr. Francisco Bautista Alarcón con quien procreó 4 hijos: Nayeli, Griselda, Francisco Javier y Edith.

Edith Adame, una mujer alegre, servicial y amorosa, quien siempre se caracterizó por el trato que tuvo hacia los demás: familia y amistades, dedicando parte de su vida al servicio de Dios y sirviendo a los mas necesitados.

Edith es un gran ejemplo de valentía, fuerza y esperanza para todas las mujeres del mundo, quien en más de 5 años nunca se rindió luchando hasta el final.
