Debora "Debbie" L. McCarty

Debbie Lynn McCarty entered her eternal rest on October 30, 2026, surrounded by love and faith. Born on July 18, 1960, Debbie lived a life marked by kindness, devotion, and grace. Her gentle spirit and steadfast faith touched everyone she met, leaving behind a legacy of compassion and courage.

Debbie was an active member of Living Word in Fremont, Nebraska, where her heart for ministry shone brightly. Every child of Living Word was treated as if they were her own—nurtured, encouraged, and loved with the same warmth she shared with her family.

Her greatest joy was found in serving others and sharing the love of Christ. She was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend—always ready with a warm smile, a listening ear, and a prayer for those in need.

Though she has gone home to Jesus, her light continues to shine in the hearts of those who knew her. Her family and friends rejoice in the promise of reunion and celebrate the beautiful life she lived.

Celebration of Life

Debbie's Family will be hosting a Celebration of Life service at Living Word, 1110 North Lincoln, Fremont, Nebraska, on November 17th at 11:00 AM. All who knew and loved Debbie are warmly invited to attend.
