Daniel A Zavodny

Daniel A. Zavodny, 78, of Schuyler, died Friday at Butler County Health Care Center in David City.
Daniel was born on December 7, 1935 on the farm near Brainard, Nebraska to Louis and Sophie(Ratkovec)Zavodny. He attended and graduated from Brainard High School. Dan helped his dad on the farm for many years and after his parents passed away, he moved to Brainard where he lived for a short time. He was a member of Holy Trinity Church. Dan eventually moved to David City where he lived at the Sunshine Court and was a member of St. Mary's Church. He was currently a resident of the Golden Living Care Center in Schuyler.
Dan is survived by his sister: Eloise Hilger of Schuyler, one niece and four nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
