Betty Patocka, 57, of David City, passed away December 8, 2017 at the Butler County Health Care Center.
Betty was born on September 12, 1960 to Laddie and Rosemarie(Kucera) Husak, in David City. She graduated from Brainard East-Butler High School. Betty married Eugene Patocka on July 20, 2003.
She liked to quilt, sew, put together puzzles, and play video games. Betty also enjoyed going with Gene to play pool.
She is survived by her husband: Eugene, of David City; and step-daughters: Liz(Dave) Rogers, of David City, and Tracey Patocka, of Columbus.
Betty is preceded in death by her parents; and an infant brother: David Husak.
